Wilbur-Ellis is third-party certified by PRO- CERT. We are also a member of the Organic Trade Association. The single most important factor in becoming certified was to keep the integrity of the organic products we market intact. Without integrity and credibility, the unique status that organic products hold within the marketplace would be lost. Wilbur-Ellis is committed to maintaining a balance between organic premiums for our producers and being a competitive supplier of quality ingredients to our customers.

Cereal Crops make up the majority of the ingredients in the feedstuffs of the Feed Mill and Livestock Industry. Wilbur-Ellis markets ALL cereal grains, both for feed purposes and if applicable, human consumption and milling.

Pulse Crops are an excellent source of protein in the feed industry. Wilbur-Ellis has been at the forefront of innovation in using different feed quality pulse crops in substitution for more expensive proteins in feed rations. This has been a huge benefit to farmers who at times are faced with having large quantities of peas or lentils that will not make it into the human consumption market.
